4.1 Currency. All transactions on the superph25 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). superph25 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. superph25 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available on the Platform from time to time. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. superph25 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya. Processing times for bank transfers may vary. superph25 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of verification procedures or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
4.5 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that you are legally entitled to use. The use of funds derived from illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. superph25 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its then-current dormant account policy.
5.1 superph25 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. 13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.4 Notwithstanding the foregoing, superph25 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
